Has anyone ever heard of a way to get an insurance company to cover something ordered from overseas, like reboxetine, that is not approved in the US? It is legal to order these drugs with a prescription, but most insurance company's are reluctant to pay for it. Are there any tricks, any sales pitches that might work?

What's that? You want an insurance company to give you back some of the money that was deducted out of your paycheck?
