I have been interested in bipolar for additional treatment to my regulare regime of bipolar, could you tell me what the safe dosage of omega 3 is. on my bottle it says a serving is 2 capusulesand each pill
epa is 180mg, and dha is 120mg, please advise as to the safe dosage.
