Jean, I haven't experienced that. Am taking 375 mg/day. How much are you taking? Have you discussed it with your pdoc?

I can't. All I know for sure is that there are hundreds of different side effects that can be experienced on different meds. Why and how they occur is anyone's guess. Perhaps the norepinephrine reuptake is constricting the muscles. I dunno. That could be. No telling how the drug at a molecular level interacts with our unique molecular chemistry. But I noticed in the side effects of a bunch of meds that muscular pain or tightness is an often mentioned, though infrequent, possibility.

I just started taking Serzone, and my legs have ached from the first pill. I'm on a small dose as well. It's not really my legs, but my knees. I have had this happen with other medications as well. Hope this helps.
