I am 19 years old, and about three months ago had very bad insomnia and some mild depression and I am happily taking about 100mg of trazadone nightly... I haven't found any information in regards as to how the drug effects your metabolism? Well, I like to exercise and I frequently take metabolifes or metaforms(the energy herbal supplements) and I was wondering if anyone does the same and what is does to your heart and body.... One more question to anyone reading...Does 100 mg. work effectively as a mild anti-depressent? And just for the hypothetical sake of curiousity does it effect your brain and your reaction when taking a mind-altering substance like ecstasy?

I think it is the extacy's effect on your brain that is a much bigger concern. There have been posts from people here who have become very messed up from using extacy, suffering lingering symptoms of distorted perceptions, panic symptoms, and uncomfortable sensations. And, then, difficulty responding to medications, too.

But, hey, if it's working for you keep at it!
