I am new to antidepressants. I am on Celexa and feeling great but have great difficulty with erections and orgasim. Is there anything that I can do about this?

da vid, talk with your pdoc about either changing to a different medication (sexual response and orgasm problems are common on SSRI's) and/or adding something that can help (Wellbutrin, Yohimbine, Viagra, etc. etc.). Good luck! (I had the same problem on Prozac, Luvox, and Zoloft, but not Serzone or Effexor-XR). There is a great article by Michael Jenike, MD, on the www.ocfoundation.org website about treating sexual side effects of SSRI's...if you can't find it, I'll send you the exact link.--Cindy W
