Hi,
I had read Lucia's post a while back about her success (unfortunately short-lived) with coffee beans. I decided to give it a try and it worked like a miracle. I never felt so good--my depression completely lifted--something that hasn't happened in years. AFter about a week, though, i built a tolerance and now it doesn't work at all anymore.
I've had terrible luck with all sorts of antidepressants and am kind of at my wit's end about what to try next. Do you think a stimulant would help me? Is it worth a try? If so, which ones--i know of cylert and ritalin.
Thank you so much for any feedback.

Hi Sandy, I tried the coffee bean thing and...nothing, but I am on a good stimulant. It's called Adderall, and it is helpful, but very gentle, I don't feel wired on it. I started taking it for fatigue, to augment my anti-depressant. I tried Ritalin, but it was very addictive for me. I've heard that both Adderall and Cylert are the least addicting of the stimulants. Good luck!CarolAnn
