Please- advice and no lectures. I'm on a medrol pack (methylprednisone) for a sinus infection/polyps. I'm the treatment resistant bipolar, trying no meds, but I'm starting to get really agitated- a call to a psych means trouble for me. Any suggestions- I have a veritable pharmacy here- I know this is a tapering med and I can't just stop but I don't want mania either. thanks.

Judy - My advise is, if you have to ask us you really should see your doctor. Sorry. - Cam W.

James here.....
Plain and simple... you are risking (in a big way) going over the edge being on cortisone, being off meds, and bipolar. Also bi-polars never do well off their meds. Call your doc.
