I read somewhere that Kava contains the same ingredients as
stelexine or will have the same benefits.
I loaded up at my health food store.
I dont think it will hurt me more than I already am.
Xanax calms me down, I don't want to pull the trigger.
Thoughts of suicide are still with me daily, Pain kept me awake
till I saw the sun rising, dozed off for awhile, My doc says stelazine
will make me a drooling babbling idiot. Hey I beg to interupt
I already am. Thanks All for the posts to this bulletin board.
Keep me in your prayers. Tried neurontin, terrible headaches, but
it did lessen pain somewhat. Couldn't stand the headaches.

Hey, Michael. Don't know if the Kava Kava will help, BUT, considering it a possibility means you are considering possibilities!!!!!! That is a great thing. Keep in mind, if the Kava doesn't help, there are OTHER possibilities, you just have to keep your mind open to them (which is hard, believe me, I know, after so many discouraging experiences).

I will try anything and will listen to anyone who
can direct me to a place of safety, I mean a doc who
can see and feel my degenerative disc disease pain
My pain level seems a bit lower today, But I hate
to see the night come, (Sounds Like Joe Cocker).
Pain keeps me awake all night Im luck if I sleep
more than 30 to 60 mins at a time.Pain wakes me up.
I was awake till daylight last night, Will see what
the night brings.

Ambien is supposed to help me sleep... NOT
I can take 3 and still pain is my shadow.
I do not drink alcohol but it might helpme sleep
more than I do now.
Maybe Ill just listen to the water beating against
my seawall or listen for the fish to jump and splash.
Maybe listen to some Joe Cocker...
