looking for info on ginko and bipolar. I started taking it thinking it would help my concentration. I did not notice any diffence other than I started cycling alot more. Don't know if taking it had anything to do with it or not. I was taking the Huperzine A. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks. Ellen

I take gingko biloba, I used to take huperzine A, I haven't had any side effects with either, I am not bipolar though.
Why are you taking huperzine and what has been your experience with it. Has the supplement helped you?

Yesterday I started taking gingko biloba and yohimbe to try to counteract sexual side effects from the Luvox I've been taking for about 2 l/2 weeks. How much ginkgo do you take? I've been taking l20 mg twice per day of ginkgo and 1000 twice per day of yohimbe but it doesn't seem to help. Thanks!
