Jessica,

It is so good to hear from you!!! The news of what happened floored us. But, praise God, you are still alive! Cuts and bruises can heal, wedding dates can change, but we could NEVER replace you if we lost you. May your healing be swift and may your wedding be even more beautiful and precious on your new date.

God bless,

Simus

Hey yo yo's
I should start this weekend or early next weeks so save me a seat on the PMS train.
Its funny how we are all at similar times. That is wild, I remember in high school everyone on my dance team was the same but I was not aware that the internet had the same hold on us. haha.
Mystic and Simus, if you sing I will be here to hear and cheer you on. I would sing with you but my singing voice sounds like a dying cat. hahaha
I am doing pretty well. It is amazing how much better my PMS has gotten as I have gone down on the lexapro. It is pretty fine until about 3 days before when I get anxious, like shakey sharp breath kinda of anxious but my P-doc gave me some klodpin to take when it gets bad. I have not taken them yet because (I know this is dumb) I am scared I will get addicted.
Living alone is going ok. I get a little lonely but sonce I seem to have been blessed with psycho roommates for the past two years, I think this is for the best. One of my friends wants to move in with me but I would just rather have a place to myself, especially when the boyfriend comes back in 19 days!! Anyway, hope everyone is doing well. I finally got my job stuff worked out so I am off to buy scrubs for work which I start Monday... let the paychecks start raining in!!!
Love ya'll
Ash

Hey Lexy,

I wish I could wear scrubs to work - they make such adorable scrubs now and they are comfortable. How is weight watchers going? I have to get back there - I think I will go today. My eating habits need to be back in order. It's so hard in the summer with all the icecream. I love ice cream.

So what else in new?

A Babe!
How girl! I just looked up meetings and there is one here close to me on Thursday nights. I think I am going to go back for the first time this week. I want to get back into it, I tried to get back on it myself, lost three lbs then moved and gained it all back eating bad stuff while I was moving ect. So I am going to try to go get on a strick plan. I am poor so I feel like if I pay for it I will be able to follow it again, I wish I had never gone off but I guess sometimes life gets in the way... What can you do?
Tell me how your battle goes!

Hey Lexy,

The battle is going good except for the weight battle - still battling those 15 pound and trying not to turn it into 17 or 20 pounds....its the damn ice cream and burgers - you know all the bad things that are all around you in the summer.

I am not complaining though because I would rather carry an extra 15 and not be anxious so now that I seem to have that under a bit of control now I will try and work on the weight and some real good excercise.

so good to hear from you as always....take care and take advantage of you alone time. When you get married and have kids you will wish you had one of those days back and if you get lonely you can always depend on one of the yo-yo's to be around.

I am doing really well. I hesitate to say it, considering the struggles others are having. But, things still aren't perfect for me. I still struggle with sleep. Nights can be very long... And I have to do something soon to get the weight off. But at least I can cope with life now without (at least with with much less) anxiety and depression. That was a HUGE hurdle.

God bless

Hi Journeyman,
It's been a while hasn't it?!? Thanks for thinking of me! I've been posting less lately as I'm busier at work.

I'm doing okay, sort of. I went up to 20mg on Lex and after 6 months (& 15 lbs.), I told my doctor I needed a change because it was making me sooooo sleepy that I couldn't function well - even driving was becoming a problem! So, I switched to Wellbutrin last month. It woke me up and got me motivated and focused, but didn't alleviate my PMDD symptoms. Tonight I'm going to go back on Lex at 10mg & see if that combo will cure what ails me!

Other than that, nothing much has changed in my life to either alleviate or exacerbate my stress level!

How are you???????????

It's good to hear from you! I am so glad that you are improving. Keep us posted on how the Lexapro/Wellbutring combo works for you.
