But I can tell that you have bigger fish to fry with the way you sounded yesterday...kids themselves are sometimes a big enough stress factor without the rest of the daily grind.
Hopefully it will all work out soon my dear - take a deep breath and know that we are all here for you and we all love you.

I am so sorry things are not going well for you. If you need a good cry do not see it as a step back. It is so hard for us with mood disorders because we truck along making it, gaining confidence then something happens and we get sad or anxious. Of course the first thing that comes to our mind is that "Oh God, its coming back". I know we have talked before about even our worst days now are better than before. You are in my prayers please get in touch if I can do anything for you!!

jlynne is with here mother.. she fades in and out...her mother that is. it is two hours south of where she lives.. she said she would come back and forth and she will be coming down again today.. after work.. her daughter will be traveling with her today july 2, 2004

I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate your support and encouragement. Thank you for everything. I had some marriage and family problems, some issues are being resolved and some are ongoing. So then everything else around me started to look so overwhelming - health issues, weight issues, no job and a seemingly endless supply of "house mess" staring at me. I guess it's called "life". I just never expected my life to turn out like this. It seems like just yesterday that I was 25 and the world was my oyster. Now I just seem to be a crab (bad attempt at humor, but true).

Simus, there isn't a one of us that hasn't felt overwhelmed at some point in our lives. Being a woman is hard let's face it. The pressure that we are under to be everything to everyone is unfair. But alot of it we put upon ourselves. Yo Yo's let revolt and let's give up trying to be superwomen. I have and I have never felt so free. I dont sweat things so much anymore, it's been a big awakening for me. Of course it took me 38 years and an SSRI to finally get it. I'm praying for you always, dear friend. Especially for us all to find the peace we deserve.Mrs. C

Hey Mystic, I am a few days behind you. My cramps should be arriving next week. Just in time for my trip, how fabulous for me! So far though, not very much PMS. I think 20 mgs has done the trick. This is the third cycle since starting my increase and I feel great! Thank you GOD! I wish the same for all my yo yo's. Keeping my fingers crossed, Mrs. C
