I wish you could, too...
But I'm proud of you for being fiscally responsible.

I've made hotel reservations, so I'm leaning on coming. The more people that come, the more motivated I am to attend. Count me in (85% chance).

I wish you could too --- but I do understand. I can drive to Toronto, so it's not too bad for me.

Are you going Annierose? Tell Dr. Bob you want to join the Yahoo group for planning if you're going. I hope you're going!

I just sent Dr Bob my request. After talking to my dental assistant (!) I decided to make the trip to Toronto.
I haven't gone on a trip, other than to the house of one friend 2 hours away, in YEARS. I think this could be a really good way to build on some of the improvement I've made recently.
*PLUS* I'll get to meet some of the awesome Babblers!! Yippee!!

But if you show up using a pseudoname, how will we know it's you?

I'm excited! I love the anticipation part. I'm glad I've had so many months looking forward to the trip. It's given me a lot of happiness. The anticipation might be better than the trip itself!
Now it's finally time...
Even though I'm fairly vocal on the boards, just to let you know, I'm very quiet in real life. I probably won't talk very much about myself. I would probably be more likely to ask questions and just listen. There might be awkward silences if you don't talk a lot.
Even though I'm usually jumping with excitement and love for Dr. Bob on the boards, I'll probably be pretty subdued in real life. I might be very anxious.
Just letting you know what to expect. I'm not scary, I promise. ;-)

I really enjoyed meeting everyone who was new this year and spending more time with Falls and Poet, who had also come last year. And I appreciate Larry bringing butter tarts and Deneb bringing magnets. Thanks, everyone!

Hi Dr. Bob,
Dinner was great. Nice and quiet so we could talk. Presenting was nerve wracking, but I am confident we all made a good impression on the attendees about the importance of online support groups.
I'm sorry we missed you at the Shoe Museum. That would have been fun to tour together.
