Sure, but let me try to talk again to the shop I did before. I'm not sure the image I have is of high enough resolution...

Hi there gg! You know I can kinda see that, in a "family resemblance" way: as the cutest of the Mayron siblings! With a beautiful complexion, smile, and of course, at the times she wasn't all quirkied up (which was indeed always interesting nonetheless)! Melanie was terrific, as was the show itself, I agree. I rarely allow myself to test out and get hooked on any new shows anymore (I have enough problems with electronic babysitters already! ;), but that was one I couldn't miss at the time.

Glad I got to meet you, and that you made it back home safe and sound!

This is a gratifying thread. And thanks to Dr. Bob for putting up this lovely picture. It's now part of my slide show on my screensaver, but I want to know who's who. I'll have to check and see if there's something on the board here, I'll bet there is.

..I got your email eventually...I'm not here much cause I'm not of this world.
..Anyway I'd prefer the sunflower pic ~ so what do others think?..much brigter simpler and positive...and could be made in a cartoon-ish printer friendly way..that's if I still got somewhere it in the cobwebs.
Even the pic shown above could be
simplified-I like it..maybe it's the phallic towers that does it for me..and who's the one in black/grey?..we're made for eachother..

I'll leave it to the photo subjects to spill the beans on that one, but alas... A few backs are M.I.A. here... Rainbowbrite, me, maybe All Done. We missed the boat... LITERALLY! After which this pic was taken. (Hey, what's up with Bob not taking another one later!) To my knowledge there are no other anonymous ones with the entire group. Oh well, we snoozed and losed! ;)

I'm not sure why you didn't get an answer.

I feel responsible - it was my idea to use your picture.

I don't think I've seen the other ones, but I'm sure they are also wonderful.

I'm sorry.

I hate the nasty sort of hypomania. Have your doctors switched your meds around any? I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry to take so long to reply! Whatever you all decide would be fine with me. I do think cartoon-ish would work better. I'll send you what I have...

Bob..

I'm a bit confused what the picture/t-shirt is for.
I'm finding it hard to read thr threads-
The get together has gone.

If you still want a picture do you want words on it..you'll have to tell me what words you want.

It's for people who came to the party. And maybe others who want one?

> If you still want a picture do you want words on it..you'll have to tell me what words you want.

People seemed to like the idea of just the picture, no words. Thanks,

Bob

To add to your data collection, if you wish.

My therapist thinks that the trip to Chicago was a major turning point in a positive way for me. He sees a lot of changes that he believes are a result of that trip.

Even though you aren't conversing as I know you can do right now, I thought I'd give that to you.

Well, he sees the courage to take the trip as a *major* step for me - along with a couple of other things that I did the last few weeks.

Funny how being around people that 'get it' makes a difference, isn't it.

Even though I'm "between therapists" at the moment, it was a big AHA! trip for me, too. Extremely empowering and I cannot say how priviledged I feel to know and have met you bunch in person.

It was definitely a big "get out in the world and DO something" moment for me. My therapist was happy about my enthusiasm.

I think the thing that really impressed my therapist is that he says my whole attitude towards relationships seems to have changed. In many subtle things from the content of my dreams and sexual fantasies to the way I communicate. He thinks it has turned me toward connectedness.

Or something like that.

(Ummmm... Not saying the dreams or sexual fantasies are about the Babble birthday party. More a global shift sort of thing.)

My therapist just thought it was interesting, and I did as well. Thought I'd pass it along.

He also says he's learned a lot about online communities and how real the relationships can be from Babble.

Late to this thread, sigh.

I learned that I can be seriously lost in the third largest city and not panic. Came in quite handy the following weekend as well. :)

Note to self: the geographically impaired should not work together to get "unlost".
