Hi J!
What dose of Seroquel are you on? Are you taking it in the morning and in the evening?
>it appears not to be working....
Sometimes people feel more paranoid while they're reducing the dose of an antipsychotic eg. Zyprexa. Perhaps you're having some withdrawal symptoms. I think you'll feel better soon :-)

Try skiping the zyprexa for a day and see if you get better?

Hi J,
You need to reduce the Zyprexa gradually to avoid withdrawal symptoms. Go to 7.5mg for a while, then 5mg, then 2.5mg then take a small piece of a 2.5mg tablet for a while before you stop completely. Read about Scott's flexible taper.
