you may be getting burned out from it and not sleeping well. Also when I dosed 20mg ritalin IR, i had a bad reaction to it, I spaced out, and when that wore off felt like crap the rest of the day and didn't sleep at all. I tried again today and had a great day when I took 5mg 3 times spread out. Even 10mg alone would be too much for me at once.
