I read your other post. Your doc kind of sucks. BuSpar will ***NOT*** help with withdrawals from benzo drugs (valium, xanax, klonopin, etc.) In fact, it usually doesn't even work for anxiety in patients who have already been exposed to Benzo drugs.
The ideal way to taper is to convert the dose into valium dosages, and then taper off that. If I remember correctly, klonopin and xanax are 20x more potent than valium, so that'd be like 100+mgs/day valium to start. That's a whole lot of valium.
There's also the phenobarbital detox. I think you could also get rid of the xanax and bump up the klonopin a little, and taper off of just the klonopin (which would be easier, since Klonopin lasts a long time). Then you can switch to valium and taper down off of it.
Seriously, though--your doc sucks. No one with an MD should ever, ever, EVER recommend a rapid BZD taper, nor should they ever, ever, ever try to use BuSpar to ameliorate the symptoms. My advice: call up a shrink or a family doc, explain the situation, and set up a taper schedule. That should fix it.
