Hi there! It's good to hear from you again. I'm sorry you weren't doing too well the last few days - I hope you're feeling a bit (whoops, I typed big at first - maybe I should leave it :)better now.
Yes, online is a good start. I talk to way more people online than I probably would in a lifetime of "real" life. Even if I weren't terrified of talking to other people (lol), the internet would be great. There's so much research you can do.
And even if there's no medication or therapy that can help you, it is reassuring to know that there are others going through exactly the same thing as you are. Especially if it seems like something rare or unusual in "real" life - not around here! I started having OCD when I was a kid, and even through a lot of adulthood I thought I was just the oddest ball, as it were. To come here and read about so many others struggling with the same thing, makes me feel better about myself, even if I can't change my OCD.
But I would never use the internet "match" making stuff!
