hi. sorry about this. :-(
i would guess (?) a low to mid-potency 'atypical' tranquilizer might (?) do the trick. I know, really helpful. zyprexa has been studied in combination with prozac. seems to work well. a fixed combination, Symbyax, is available...I think its generic, now. could be wrong.
seroquel is the classic go-to. dosage titration takes a while.
even (very) low dose risperidone has been used with some success in some cases of depression. again, I know: not very reassuring. ugh. this is psychiatry, not...you know...'science,' so I"m just throwing out ideas for you.
seroquel, zyprexa, and risperidone are available in generics. not sure about seroquel xr.
a thought...have you ever tried lamictal? with lithium on board...wow, i don't know if its the best idea...but it is sometimes used in unipolar depression.
hope this helps.
