It doesn't really matter.
The issue is that, because mental health is under the branch of medicine, it seeks to categorize it like it does physical illnesses.
For example, diagnosis like asthma, fractured wrist, diabetes etc. are all clear and objective (i.e. you have the illness or not).
I am either unipolar or bipolar II, but I don't care about the diagnosis, I simply listen to how my body responds to various medications.
