I have not had rumination so much on 10mg vortioxetine.. but I have had more anxiety that manifests as irritability and desire not to interact with people.
I did really well anxiety-wise on escitalopram at 20mg. but I felt zombified at that dose, it was like taking an antipsychotic and I had no irritability but I had zero desire to do anything.
