Lamictal can be activating and is not best suited to treat mania as it can actually trigger it.

You're on a very low dose of Abilify and it has beem shown to cause mania at lower doses. It works to treat mania at higher doses, 5 mg and above.

Lamictal and Abilify is going to be a very activating combination at lower doses.
