Naltrexone can cause insomnia help

Hey,
low dose naltrexone sounds really good and i have an appointment on 19th february but it can cause badinsomnia. How can i manage this?
I really need something for sleep.
Seroquel 850mg
Zyprexa 17.5mg
Trazodone 50mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
10000 IU Vitamin D winter
7500 IU Vitamin D summer
