I have gone from 45mg Trazodone to 50mg: sucidal

So i am suicidal right now. I guess its because the 4 hour job in the supermarket did not work out. It is way too boring for me to continue with this job. I had to torment myself.
I went from 45mg Trazodone to 50mg but i am still suicidal. It seems to have nothing to do with my meds. If anything maybe the Trazodone is giving me a paradoxical reaction now?

Seroquel 950mg
Zyprexa 20mg
Trazodone 50mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
10000 IU Vitamin D winter
7500 IU Vitamin D summer
