I am also withdrawing from 3 mg clonazepine, after first switching to diazepam. I am finding Kava-kava very helpful, if it is available in your area. It does have an initial stimulatory effect, but then settles down to a benzo-like tranquilizing effect, with the great bonus that it is not physically addictive. I find (1) I need larger doses than the label suggests (1.5-2.5 gm certified 30%), and (2) taking the capsules directly generally doesn't work for me: I empty them into hot chocolate mix & add hot water - stir with a mini-whisk. It seems to need fat &/or a dispersant such as lecithin to be absorbed, so I suppose mayonnaise would work (Ugh!)
Escitalopram
Bupropion
Clonazepam
Trazodone prn
Propranolol prn
