Most pdocs probably would be very leery of using something like ritalin or another antidepressant with an MAOI but it's not unheard of, just have to be a little careful.
I know my pdocc is pretty liberal with meds but in all the time I was on Parnate he never mentioned adding another antidepressant or a traditional stimulant.But if lack of energy is an issue I recommend Provigil. No problems mixing it with an MAOI and 200 mg should last you through the day, no need for redosing.
