Was that an action you took because of your subsequent detioration due to the reduction in nortriptyline or for some other reason?I asked to try desipramine instead of restarting nortriptyline in the hope that it would give me a cleaner, more energetic antidepressant response. Nortriptyline makes my mood seem "brighter" - which is nice - but I was getting nothing done. Overall, the response was not robust. I couldn't see myself seeking employment in that condition.
