Ive noticed that over the years as well. I bet there is some financial reason for why it is not prescribed as much as the other SSRIs. I do know for many many years it was ONLY FDA approved for OCD and not for depression. I am not sure if it ever even got formal FDA approval for major depression. The fact Luvox was not FDA approved for depression for the first ten plus whatever years of its approval here in the USA, that probably got Luvox off to a bad start as a mainstream SSRI.
