Hi Benny, SSRI's have a relatively flat dose/response curve in depression, ie, doubling the dose doesnt greatly amplify the response (it does in OCD and panic disorder though) so dropping back to 10mg would likely reduce the side effects while retaining its effiacy as an antidepressant.
I found that combining my SSRI with either edronax or nortriptyline greatly enhanced the effect, by hitting both noradrenalin and seretonin at the same time.
And yes, cutting back the dose should reduce the sexual side effects.
