I took Lamictal for about a couple months. It does slow some thoughts down but not like Zyprexa or Risperdal does. It's more suttle. You feel balanced if your at the correct dose. I don't know much about abilifty because I only took 10mg for a couple weeks. It made me angry for some reason.

Lamictal has antidepressaant properties.
