I can only echo what jedi said. individual sensitivities vary, but caffeine causes no blood pressure spikes for me. It does, however, cause a nasty crash Nardil or not. Good luck Chris, I would ask the pharmacy for the Gavis generic if possible, over the Greenstone or Pfizer.
