I'm also on a low dose of Lithium (450 mg) I do notice it. Currently 450mg Lithium and 1.5mg Clonazepam which has been a decently successful Tx until recently...just feeling so detached lately But the lithium I feel does stabilize me a good bit, and I notice when I have missed it for a couple of days...didn't expect that at such a low dose.
