lithium question

While whatever treatment is pending for me, I am think about the possible merits of reinitiating low dose lithium. I tolerated 300mg w/noticing.

I see a gp today, and have lithium 300mg on my records as part of my treatment. My only other medication right now is ambien for sleep.
