Wow. This is good :-) I have trouble with the no touching the bed until bedtime thing.There's also the no screen time an hour
before bed rule. I can do that one, but it took my husband a few more years.Sometimes ear buds and ambient music at an almost inaudible volume helps me.
Oh, a little warm vanilla milk (silly, yes) and a few magnesium capsules.
