Yeah, sleep is very important. I'd say this is my biggest issue. I still havn't figured out why my sleep (seemingly without provocation) becomes so messed up.
My pattern is:
a) 1 day good sleep (8-9 hours)
b) Next day extreme fatigue (must nap for ~2 hours)
c) Insomnia that night (maybe 4 hours of sleep)
d) Next day awake whole day (no naps, dysphoric)
e) back to a)
