I think its fairly common. After several months, Klonopin made me a bit dysphoric. Other people experience depression or worsened depression. All benzos can do it--they're tranquilizers, after all; it happens--but Klonopin in particular seems to induce and/or worsen depression. If you read the old prescribing guides, Klonopin is described as the last benzo one should use for anxiety. I guess shrinks don't listen...Klonopin is now *the* reigning benzo of anxiety treatment.
