I would give it a try.
Agomelatine is good for sleep. (no sexual side effects)
Cymbalta is an AD with is also very good for anxiety. Its less "stimulating" than effexor, and more likely to cause tiredenss. Sexual daysfuntion is not common like they are with ssris.
to be honest. I tried alomst every drug out there and cymbalta is one that works for me. it only has a mild effect, but i am getting better year by year...
And I guess Invega would be for your irrational, psychotic like fears..
I dont know if you will "like" it. I would go for Amisulpride instead, if its available in mexico. at around 100-200mg dosage, or whats best for you..
but still, i would give invega a try. try to find the smallest effectige dosage. if you feel numbed etc the dosage is too high (in my opinion)i dont know what i schould say more so i say good luck :-)
