salbutamol is effective for my depression?!

Posted by rovers95 on July 3, 2011, at 14:50:35

Ok so i have hay fever and on the rare occassion it causes me to have asthma like breathing problems...last night i used my dads salbutamol inhaler-since then i am no longer depressed! What does this mean and what could it imply for further treatment? Does one become tolerant to its beta agonistic effects or not? I always suspected i had some cholinergic-adrenrgic imbalance. If i take it again could it make me worse long term?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks

Rover
