I seriously recommend adding an antidepressant. Why are you taking it for depression? Nobody writes this as a first line med against depression anyway.
I have taken this as a monotherapy for depression because at the time SSRIs were contradicted in my case (EPS) and I have to conclude that it was pretty uneffective (but I took it only 150 mg/day), it even made my depression worse for the first weeks before leveling out which was that I became emotionally and mentally flat. Now I take clomipramine with 25 mg Seroquel and this combination works great for my depression. Get a new doctor if he insists using quetiapine as depression monotherapy. That person must not know what he is talking about.
