75mg of Welbutrin is a subtheraputic dose - most people need 300mg/day to get a response.

Generaly, Welbutrin is less effective than amphetamines for ADHD, but you are probably experiencing some "letdown" or withdrawl symptoms from the Adderal as well.

I'd try and get the Welbutrin to 300mg, and give in a couple of weeks at that dose, beforwe giving up. By that time, you should be over any withdrawl symptoms, and be able to make a rational assessment of what Welbutrin is doing for you.
