HELP! Recommendation for Psychiatrist in Alb. NM?

I have a friend in Albuquerque New Mexico who is possibly Bipolar with Schitzophrenic stuff going on around the edges. Anybody here from that city who has been to a good Psychiatrist? I know it's a long shot, but I had to try.
