All these AAPs can screw with your endocrine system. Have you tried trazadone. I find that works pretty well for sleep.
Seroquel used to be very sedating for me but now I seem to be somewhat tolerant to those effects.
Yes I've tried Trazodone and I really hated it.
Depression, chronic & severe, recurrent, treatment-resistant w/GAD.
Meds: Lexapro 10mg, Adderall IR 20mg 3x daily, Klonopin 5mg, Seroquel 400mg, Ambien 10mg, Synthroid 150mcg, Androgel 1% - 50mg
