Buspar- Help?

Hi,
I took a single 5 mg dose of Buspar on Sunday to see if it would help my anxiety. I also take 17.5 mg of Zyprexa. On Sunday night I didn't sleep well, so I did not take the Buspar again.

Ever since then, 5 days later, I am still not sleeping as well as I did before the Buspar. Can anyone please tell me when I can expect the negative effects of the Buspar to wear off?
