Carlson's hands down, best quality for the money. There are several good ones out there though. You may also want to experiment not only with dosage, but also with EPA to DHA ratio. You may do better with high EPA/low DHA. You may do better with high DHA/low EPA. Or, you may do better with a ratio of fairly equal amounts of both EPA and DHA. Anyway, most people don't realize that even if they do not feel any significant therapeutic benefit, they should probably take some fish oil for general health benefits-eyes, heart, brain(neuroprotection/function), joints, blood sugar/insulin sensitivity, and healthy cholesterol levels.
