Well you are obviously hurting and suffering from something that is real. I think you wife needs to express her frustration with you in a more constructive manner.
What are you doing right now to treat your symptoms?
Are you in therapy?
Do you take things like fish oil? Fish oil may help you brain work better and respond better to treatments.
