Hi FB, I just came back from staying at Crisis Centre for a week. It was my regular psych who put on the Lithium and then took me off when saw how much weight I had gain.
I am sleeping better for the most part I think. I am always tired. Some days I stay in bed all day. But now that I got a job I won't be able to do that anymore.
