I think the combination of nortriptyline with ssri has to be one of the most successful protocols available.
I agree with you on the ssris causing problems. I think they cause desired brain changes in the short run, but devastating changes in the long run. But adding a counterpoint to it, such as nortriptyline, somehow gets things back in balance.
Unlike single neurotransmitter meds or "clean" meds, I think your dirty combination not only started working fast as it might have been predicted but will also continue to work more thoroughly than most and for a long time.
