I think Cipralex could be very helpful for your symptoms, it may just take 2 or 3 months to really notice a full benefit from it.
I would consider adding lithium and taking between 300 to 600 mg, adding lexapro, and eventually wean off Seroquel. IMHO, Seroquel SUCKS! Again, JMHO.
Are you getting some good old therapy?
