omega fish oil 3000 mg a day

i have took this for 4 weeks an my arthritis in my knee,s is a lot better .When fishing the other day i sat on the boardwalk an actually crossed my legs.Now this may not seem a big deal to you, but it sure was for me,im not saying it was easy to get back up again but its a massive inprovement. If it help,s my brain i may grow another cell makeing that 2
