After absorption, lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) is converted to dextroamphetamine in the wall of the intestine and in the liver.

Why is your pdoc continuing to prescribe Vyvanse if it isn't working? I don't understand. Does he have reason to believe that you might have been misusing Dexedrine? (I'm not suggesting that you were).
