Prozac experiences? How do you know it's working?

I am now on Prozac 20 mg (supposedly for the anhedonia) and Abilify 15 mg (for psychosis -- I recently had another relapse). This combination seems to be helping a little. Like, I don't feel as bored and irritable anymore.

I know for many people here Prozac and SSRIs caused anhedonia, not alleviate it. But I'd like to hear some positive experiences with Prozac, how many mg you were taking, and how long it took to kick in.
